DR. DONNA CORBETT

After more than 25 years of building a thriving career as an entrepreneur, fashion
consultant, interior decorator, life coach, pageant judge and public speaker, Dr.
Corbett’s greatest fulfillment is continuing to promote her flagship program,
Amazing Grace Etiquette. As the executive director, curriculum developer and lead
instructor, she works relentlessly to provide instruction on basic etiquette and
manners, respect, anti-bullying, and anger management where “girls become ladies
and boys become gentlemen.”
To honor her parents, she established the Mary E. Corbett Scholarship Foundation
and the B.F. Corbett Leadership Academy, programs that broaden the scope of
opportunities for youth and community leadership, including the Young Men of
Excellence Scholarship Program, the Mary E. Corbett Lady of Etiquette Awards, the
B.F. Corbett Man of the Year Awards, and the Amazing Grace Etiquette’s Small
Business of the Year and Entrepreneur of Excellence Awards.
In an era when etiquette education might have been considered outdated, Dr.
Corbett’s tenacity pushed her to persuade juvenile justice programs, community-
based organizations, institutions for higher learning, and businesses to broaden
etiquette education to influence the social development of thousands of youth and
adults. She has grown an impressive partnership with more than 85 organizations and
businesses that have worked with her to sponsor Amazing Grace Etiquette’s
instruction and program enrichment activities.

Dr. Corbett is also the CEO of the Corbett Modeling Group – “models with grace,
elegance and sophistication” (in all ages, shapes and sizes).  She has been judging
pageants for the last 20 years in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and
Virginia.
In recognition of her selflessness and ingenuity, she has been recognized with more
than 20 community, state and regional awards and honors and she was very honored
to receive the prestigious Miss Full Figure Pageant Association Excellence in
Leadership Award in 2022. And most recently received The President’s Lifetime
Achievement Award from President Joe Biden!
